On November 20th, the signing ceremony of “The Purchase of Share in Indonesia VOKSEL Company” was successfully held in Jiangsu Hengtong Optical Communication Industrial Park in China.
Indonesia VOKSEL Company is the largest integrated cable listed company in Indonesia which annually provides more than 80 percent of fiber optic cable products and professional solutions for the largest telecommunications carriers. And it accounts for 60% share in the Indonesia market. Besides, some of the co-shareholders in Indonesia VOKSEL Company are giant enterprises like BNP PARIBAS, Singapore Wealth Management Group and other leading companies.
Hengtong provides optical communication network solutions for more than 110 regions, ranks among the world’ top 10 suppliers and occupies 13% of the global market.  
Hengtong Group and Indonesia VOKSEL Company will endeavor to explore Southeast Asia, South Asia and other emerging markets through this acquisition.
